Wage Change is a non-partisan initiative, led by small business owners, to gradually increase the hourly wages of their employees. Currently, the Federal minimum wage is only $7.25 per hour, or $15,080 per year for a full-time worker. We don’t think that’s enough. Raising wages not only helps our workers, but also benefits small businesses and strengthens our local economy. A new, escalating minimum wage is needed now.
